What is included in the four-week trial?
A scoped ENVIQON gateway, the agreed sensors, cloud dashboard, standard alerts, monitoring history and an end-of-trial review. Specialist installation, delivery or non-standard equipment are scoped separately.
How disruptive is installation?
ENVIQON plans installation around the site. Many environmental monitoring points are battery-powered and can use magnetic, adhesive, screw or cable-tie mounting without new data cabling. Plumbing, high-level or selected people-counting installations may require competent installers, PoE, specialist access equipment or other site-specific work. These exceptions are identified during scoping.
Who owns the gateway and sensors?
ENVIQON retains ownership of leased equipment. After a successful trial, the customer normally continues on a 12-month equipment and software lease.
What makes ENVIQON different from a basic sensor dashboard?
ENVIQON is designed around the operational response: sensor, anomaly, escalation, acknowledgement, action, CAPA and audit evidence. The purpose is to manage what happens after a condition changes.
Can I manage multiple buildings from one account?
Yes. ENVIQON is designed for multi-site enterprises and facilities-management providers that need to manage hundreds of monitoring points across multiple customer buildings through one dashboard.
Does ColdChain Assurance replace my regulatory responsibilities?
No. ENVIQON provides continuous evidence, alerts and incident records. Customers remain responsible for applicable procedures, calibration, validation, risk assessments and regulatory duties.
Does Water Safety replace a legionella risk assessment?
No. ENVIQON Water Safety is a monitoring and evidence layer. It does not replace competent-person responsibilities, risk assessments, water treatment, microbiological testing or other statutory duties.
What does Critical Site Guard monitor?
The core offer monitors temperature, humidity and water leaks in environments such as banks, data centres, telecom facilities, server rooms, hospitals and manufacturing sites. Additional monitoring points can be scoped where required.
What does Healthy Buildings / IAQ monitor?
Supported configurations can monitor CO₂, PM2.5, TVOC indicators, temperature and humidity. The service provides environmental visibility and is not a medical diagnostic service.
Can ENVIQON support facilities-management partners?
Yes. ENVIQON can be deployed as a portfolio monitoring layer across multiple client buildings, with commercial terms scoped for volume, site count, gateway resilience and managed-service requirements.
What can ENVIQON People Counting measure?
Depending on the selected sensor and site design, ENVIQON can support entrance in/out counts, footfall trends, occupancy, regional or multi-zone use, peak periods and portfolio comparisons. Some advanced counters can also support dwell-time or zone analytics.
Does every people counter connect through the LoRaWAN gateway?
No. ENVIQON selects the transport to suit the sensor and site. Wireless occupancy and selected counting devices can use gateway-based connectivity, while some high-accuracy entrance counters use other network interfaces and feed the same ENVIQON analytics layer.
How does people counting address privacy?
ENVIQON can use privacy-conscious technologies such as Time-of-Flight, stereo-depth or occupancy sensing depending on the requirement. Each deployment should still be assessed against the customer's privacy policy and applicable data-protection requirements.
